What do I benefit from purchasing on melt?

In addition to free shipping on all goods, clients will enjoy a 500 Naira price reduction on an item bought via an affiliate link or code. Also, there exists a 3% price reduction for purchases of more than 1 item. Our customer care service is aimed to ensure your purchase and delivery are smooth.
How can I make payments on melt?

Payments on MELT are typically via cards. However, clients having issues paying via cards can pay via MELT Pay. Send the correct amount to the designated account, then send us a receipt of your payment along with the item/s you wish to purchase to Contact@meltprestigeandstyle.com. We will process your purchase and delivery within 24hrs.
When would I get my item after purchase?

Depending on your location, you will get your item within 2-5 days.
How can I return an item and get a refund?

It’s simple. Send us a request for return and refund as well as your reason. We will inform you of a designated location to submit the item. Refund will take about 5 to 10 working days after receipt of the item. A handling fee will be deducted for returned goods. Also, items damaged by you won’t be accepted and there shall be no refunds for such. Refer to terms and conditions for more details.
As a client can I also register to be an affiliate?

Of course, you can.However, it’s important to note that you will be attended to according to your functions on the platform.
